1. Who are you and what do you sell?

2. Are your wheel spacers universal?

No. Wheel spacers are application-specific. Different vehicles and wheels have different bolt patterns, center bores, thread pitches, and other specifications. Always verify your measurements before ordering.

3. What are wheel spacers used for?

Wheel spacers move the wheel farther away from the vehicle hub. They can be used to achieve a different wheel stance, create additional clearance, or help accommodate certain wheel fitments.

4. What does PCD or bolt pattern mean?

PCD stands for Pitch Circle Diameter. A specification such as 5×114.3 means the wheel has 5 lug holes arranged on a 114.3 mm bolt circle.

5. How do I find my vehicle's bolt pattern?

You can check your owner's manual, manufacturer specifications, a trusted vehicle fitment database, or physically measure your bolt pattern. Visit our PCD Measurement Guide for instructions.

6. What is a hubcentric spacer?

A hubcentric spacer is designed to fit over the vehicle's hub and provide a matching center lip for the wheel. Hubcentric fitment is not required for every vehicle because vehicles have different hub and wheel specifications.

7. Do I need hubcentric spacers?

Not necessarily. It depends on the vehicle and wheel specifications. Some applications require a hubcentric design, while others can use a different centering method. Always verify the vehicle hub and wheel center bore before ordering.

8. How do I know what size spacer I need?

Spacer thickness depends on your desired wheel position, clearance requirements, wheel specifications, and vehicle setup. We recommend confirming your measurements and clearance before choosing a thickness.

9. Can I use spacers with aftermarket wheels?

In many applications, yes. However, the bolt pattern, center bore, thread specifications, wheel clearance, and spacer design must all be compatible.

10. Can I use spacers to change my bolt pattern?

Some wheel spacer/adapter designs can change the bolt pattern, but these are different from simple same-pattern spacers. Make sure you are purchasing the correct product for your specific application.

13. Can you help me find the correct spacer?

Yes. Send us your year, make, model, wheel information, and measurements if available. We can help you determine what specifications need to be verified before purchasing.

14. What if my vehicle isn't listed on your website?

Contact us. Not every vehicle or application can be listed on one page. We may be able to help identify the specifications needed for your application.

15. Can I order a custom size?

Custom options may be available depending on the application, dimensions, and production requirements. Contact us with your specifications to discuss your needs.

16. How do I know if the spacer will fit behind my wheel?

You need to verify the wheel's center bore, bolt pattern, clearance, and the relationship between the wheel and the spacer. Never assume that matching the bolt pattern alone guarantees fitment.

Installation Questions

17. Do wheel spacers require installation?

Yes. Proper installation is important. The mounting surfaces should be clean, the correct hardware should be used, and fasteners should be tightened according to the appropriate vehicle/application specifications.

18. Can I install wheel spacers myself?

Installation should only be performed by someone who understands proper wheel and fastener installation. If you are not comfortable doing the installation yourself, have a qualified professional install them.

19. Do I need to re-torque my wheels?

Wheel fasteners should be tightened to the vehicle manufacturer's specified torque. After installation, customers should follow the appropriate re-torque procedure for their vehicle and setup.

20. Can wheel spacers cause vibration?

Improper fitment, incorrect centering, dirty mounting surfaces, damaged components, improper torque, or other wheel/tire issues can contribute to vibration. Correct fitment and installation are important.

21. Can I use my factory lug nuts?

It depends on the specific spacer and vehicle. Do not assume your factory hardware will work. Always use the correct hardware specified for your application.

Shipping & Delivery

22. Do you offer hand delivery?

Yes, hand delivery may be available for eligible local customers.

23. How much does hand delivery cost?

Hand-delivery rates depend on your location, distance, travel time, and delivery requirements. Your delivery fee will be confirmed before the delivery is scheduled.

24. What happens if I cancel my hand-delivery order?

Once a hand-delivery order has been confirmed and scheduled, a $60 cancellation fee applies. This covers preparation, scheduling, and delivery-related costs.

25. What happens if I'm not available when you arrive?

Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed delivery time and providing an accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

26. I saw your product on Instagram/TikTok/Facebook. Can I order directly through social media?

You can contact us through our social media channels, but we recommend completing your purchase through our official website or approved ordering process so your order and product specifications can be properly documented.

27. Can you tell me what spacers I need if I send you a picture of my car?

A picture can help us identify the vehicle, but a photo alone is not enough to guarantee fitment. We may still need your vehicle and wheel specifications.

28. Can I send you my VIN?

You may contact us about vehicle identification, but we recommend providing your year, make, model, wheel information, and actual fitment specifications whenever possible.

29. Do you sell spacers for trucks and SUVs?

Yes. We offer products for a variety of cars, trucks, SUVs, and other applications depending on available specifications.

30. Can I run very thick spacers?

Thickness should be selected based on the specific vehicle, wheel, clearance, hardware, and intended application. Thicker does not automatically mean better.

31. Can I stack two spacers together?

We do not recommend stacking spacers unless a specific product/application is specifically designed and approved for that configuration.

32. Can I use spacers for a more aggressive stance?

Spacers can move the wheels outward and change the vehicle's stance. However, you should make sure the resulting wheel position does not create interference with the fender, suspension, brakes, or other components.

33. Will wheel spacers make my car handle better?

Wheel spacers primarily change the wheel's position relative to the hub. They should not be purchased with the expectation that they will automatically improve handling. Vehicle setup, wheel/tire specifications, suspension geometry, and alignment all affect handling.

34. What happens if I order the wrong spacer?

Because wheel spacers are fitment-specific, customers are responsible for verifying their vehicle and wheel specifications before ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

35. What if the product doesn't fit my vehicle?

Contact us immediately before attempting to modify, install, or alter the product. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate next step according to our return and warranty policies.

36. Can I modify a spacer if it doesn't fit?

Do not modify, drill, machine, grind, or alter a wheel spacer yourself. Contact us first so the fitment can be properly evaluated.

37. Are your products tested?

Our products are manufactured according to their specified dimensions and applications. Customers should always ensure that the product they purchase is appropriate for their specific vehicle and wheel setup and should follow proper installation procedures.

38. What is your most important recommendation to customers?

Don't guess your fitment. Matching the bolt pattern is only one part of selecting the correct spacer. Verify the complete specifications before ordering.
