Hand Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Hand Delivery

We offer local hand-delivery for customers who prefer to receive their order directly. Hand-delivery availability and pricing depend on the customer’s location, distance, travel time, and delivery requirements.

Delivery rates are calculated based on the customer’s location. Customers will be informed of the applicable hand-delivery fee before the delivery is confirmed.

Hand delivery must be arranged and confirmed in advance. Delivery times may vary depending on distance, traffic, scheduling, and availability. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time and location.

If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Cancellation Policy

Once a hand-delivery order has been confirmed and scheduled, cancellations are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

The $60 cancellation fee covers preparation, scheduling, travel planning, and other costs associated with arranging the delivery.

By confirming a hand-delivery order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. The $60 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made after the delivery has been confirmed or scheduled.

We reserve the right to determine whether a cancellation qualifies for a refund or cancellation fee based on the circumstances of the order.

Customer Agreement

By placing and confirming a hand-delivery order, the customer agrees to the delivery charges, scheduling requirements, and cancellation policy stated above.
