These 4x4" (4x101.6mm) wheel spacers are designed for vehicles with a 4x4" hub and wheel bolt pattern. Because the hub and wheel use the same bolt pattern, these spacers do not change the bolt pattern. Instead, they move the wheels outward from the hub by the selected spacer thickness.

Precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum, these spacers are made for accurate fitment and a solid mounting surface. New wheel studs are included.

Choose from 1", 1.25", 1.5", or 2" thickness options to suit your specific wheel and clearance requirements.

These spacers are designed for cars, ATVs, and other compatible vehicles using the 4x4" (4x101.6mm) bolt pattern.

The spacer installs between the factory hub and wheel, increasing the distance between the wheel and hub. This can be useful when additional clearance is needed around the brakes, suspension, or other components, or when you want to change the position of the wheels.

The available thicknesses allow you to choose the amount of spacing that best fits your application.

Important: These are same-pattern spacers. They do not convert the bolt pattern. Your vehicle hub and wheels must both use the 4x4" (4x101.6mm) bolt pattern.

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the wheel and clean the factory hub mounting surface. Make sure the surface is free from dirt, rust, grease, paint buildup, and other debris.
2. Position the spacer onto the factory hub and make sure it sits completely flat with no gaps or interference.
3. Install the supplied spacer hardware and hand-tighten the nuts.
4. Tighten the nuts gradually in a crisscross/star pattern to help the spacer seat evenly.
5. Torque the spacer hardware to the recommended specification for your vehicle and hardware.
6. Install your 4x4" (4x101.6mm) wheel onto the new studs supplied with the spacers.
7. Hand-tighten the wheel nuts, then tighten them evenly in a crisscross/star pattern.
8. Torque the wheel nuts according to the wheel or vehicle manufacturer's recommended specification.
9. Before driving, rotate the wheel by hand and check for proper clearance around the brakes, suspension, steering components, fenders, and other nearby parts.

Important Factory Stud Clearance

Always check the original factory hub studs before installing the wheels.

On some vehicles, the original studs may extend through the spacer far enough to contact the back of the wheel. If the studs are too long, they can prevent the wheel from sitting completely flat against the spacer.

If the factory studs contact the back of the wheel, do not force the wheel into position. The factory studs may need to be shortened to provide adequate clearance.

The wheel must sit completely flush against the spacer before the wheel nuts are tightened.

This clearance issue can be more common with 1-inch-thick spacers, so always check the fit before final installation.

Final Fitment Check

Before driving or riding, verify that:

• The spacer sits completely flat against the hub.
• The wheel sits completely flat against the spacer.
• Factory studs do not contact the back of the wheel.
• The wheel nuts have sufficient thread engagement.
• The wheel rotates freely without rubbing.
• There is adequate clearance around the brakes, suspension, steering, and fenders.
• All spacer and wheel hardware has been properly torqued.

If you are unsure about fitment, stud clearance, or installation, professional installation is recommended.
